We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

• Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Personalized items (e.g. engraved pieces, name bracelets)

• Special Order items 

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to offer one free exchange per order.

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
